Avinor AS has an existing contract with Vanderlande for the control system for the existing BHS. T1/T2 Interface Connections: Updating the existing control system, as well as electrical and mechanical adaptations of BHST2 so that standard baggage can be automatically sent between BHST1 and BHST2 in both directions. New oversize baggage line from BHST1 is to be connected to BHST2: Includes a new oversize line and connection to the existing BHST2, as well as necessary updates to the existing control systems in BHST2, so that oversize baggage can be automatically sent from the new BHST1. Avinor intends to enter into a contract with Vanderlande for these contracts. Lot 1: The contract must be signed directly with the supplier 'Vanderlande'. The reason for this is the existence of special technical conditions, including the fact that the work depends on access to source codes that Vanderlande has a monopoly for. A large part of the work comprises updates and adaptations of existing control systems, both low/PLS level (LLC - Low Level Controls) and high/server level (HLC High Level Controls), as well as electrical and mechanical adaptations to the existing BHS T2. This work can only be carried out by the supplier Vanderlande. Pursuant to the Public Procurement Regulations § 9-3 (1) letter b no. 2, Avinor intends to enter into a contract with Vanderlande.
