Description
Renfrewshire Council (the Employer) has the requirement to appoint a Contractor to carry out the removal and installation of new digital Fire Alarm systems in 300 properties across 12 Sheltered Housing Complexes. Lot 1: This contract is for a Contractor to carry out Fire Alarm Upgrades to 300 properties across 12 sheltered housing complexes. The Contract will also require the upgrade of fire alarms within common areas of each complex: - Alt Patrick Gardens - Darkwood Court - Fulbar Court - Gallacher Court - Houston Court - Monkdyke House - Rowan Gardens - Spiersfield Gardens - Springbank Road - The Oaks - Bruce Court - Fitzalan Court This Contract will involve sectional start and completion dates and each complex will have 5 - 11 weeks for the service to be completed.
