Printing, enveloping and postage of reformed Annual Canvass correspondence including the Canvass Communication A & B and Canvass Form in line with legislative requirements. • Printing, enveloping (unsealed) and delivery to the ERO of Canvass Communication B forms annual canvass forms to be used during the personal canvass stage of the Annual Canvass. Boxed in polling districts. • Provision of a secure online and telephone portal where residents can respond to the Canvass communications. Information submitted on the portal is automated downloaded into Electoral Services' Electoral Management Software (EMS) • Printing, enveloping and postage of rolling registration forms and letters to statutory requirements - including enclosing of Business Reply Envelope if necessary.
