Replacement Air Conditioning System at Adel Beck Secure Children's Home

Leeds City Council are looking to a contractor to to design, supply and install a replacement air conditioning unit at Adel Beck Secure Children's Home, East Moor Lane, Leeds. Scope • Phased removal of existing operational Samsung air conditioning system which is at the end of life. • Phased replacement is anticipated to take place over three not necessarily consecutive one month periods to be negotiated prior to commencement on site. • Design, supply and installation of a Mitsubishi Electric VRF (or equivalent) to replace with equal to/ greater duty than the existing air conditioning system.
