CHIC Decoration Works Framework 2025-29

Description

The requirement includes but not limited to the preparation, supply and delivery of internal and external decoration works, supply of products as required for existing building refurbishment) or for new build programmes. The creation of the decoration framework will facilitate call off for both planned and cyclical programmes, including FM, commercial and public buildings as well as new build and regeneration. This framework offers the opportunity for SMEs to bid which generally may not be achievable under the multiple elements’ framework. Lot 1: The required goods, services or works, including the amount and how they must be supplied. The procurement is to replace an existing CHIC service offering under the 2019 Multiple Elements framework and the All Under One Roof DPS. The Authority determined that it would be beneficial for the Decorations workstream to be established independently outside of the larger multiple elements framework which was structured to attract tier one supply chain offering members a turnkey contracting solution for large scale planned and capital investment programmes.
