The clinically led service aims to provide timely, accessible, and effective support including a range of interventions tailored to meet the diverse needs of service users in Birmingham and Solihull Lot 1: The crisis text service must ensure accessibility and inclusivity ensuring that individuals from all backgrounds and demographics can readily access timely crisis support. This encompasses disabled and neurodivergent people, non-speakers, and those with other language barriers, as well as careful considerations for older people and children and young people.
