C2044 Cloud Telephony

Description

Cheshire East Council and Cheshire West have a requirement for the Cloud Telephony by way of a contract for 3 years. The Procurement is being undertaken jointly with Cheshire East and Cheshire West & Chester Borough Councils, with Cheshire East being the lead council for the purpose of procurement. There will be a separate contract between Cheshire East and a separate contract for Cheshire West & Chester Borough Council. The contracts have been awarded to Gamma Network Solutions Ltd. This notice relates to Cheshire East Council Only. Lot 1: Cheshire East and Cheshire West and Chester Borough Councils have indicated a desire to vacate their own primary data centre and network centre. The Session Border Controllers [SBC] based in the primary data centre, and secondary location (resilience) are near end-of-life and due for replacement. Consequently the equipment needs to be displaced or replaced with a cloud-based service.
