Holiday Activities and Food Service

Description

Liverpool City Council is seeking a provider to deliver the Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme for children and young people eligible for benefits-related free school meals. The service will run during Easter, Summer, and Christmas school holidays from June 2026 to May 2029 (subject to funding and extension options). The successful provider will: - Coordinate and manage citywide holiday provision, ensuring coverage and sufficiency. - Administer and manage grant funding (up to £3 million annually) for local delivery partners. - Provide programme management, training, safeguarding oversight, and quality assurance. - Deliver marketing, communications, and booking systems accessible to all families. - Monitor and evaluate outcomes, produce annual reports, and meet KPI and social value requirements.
