The provision of Taxis Services to South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, Barnsley Hospitals Trust, Calderdale and Huddersfield Trust and the Rotherham Foundation Trust. Lot 1: Lot 1 - Barnsley To provide ad-hoc and scheduled taxi services for the Barnsley area transporting patients, samples and medication. Lot 2: Lot 2 - Wakefield To provide ad-hoc and scheduled taxi services for the Wakefield area transporting patients, samples and medication. Lot 3: Lot 3 - Calderdale To provide ad-hoc and scheduled taxi services for the Calderdale area transporting patients, samples and medication. Lot 4: Lot 4 - Kirklees To provide ad-hoc and scheduled taxi services for the Kirklees area transporting patients, samples and medication. Lot 5: Lot 5 - Doncaster To provide ad-hoc and scheduled taxi services for the Doncaster area transporting patients, samples and medication. Lot 6: Lot 6 - Rotherham To provide ad-hoc and scheduled taxi services for the Rotherham area transporting patients, samples and medication.
