AWE seeks to source a multi-lot, multi-supplier framework agreement (also referred to as a “Master Agreement”) for commercially off the shelf (COTS) spares, tools and consumable items supporting site facilities management (FM). The Framework will be awarded for a 4 year period with two optional 1 year extensions (4+1+1) and anticipated total spend of £35m. The Framework is to be awarded against the following lots: • Lot 1 – Adhesives, tapes and fasteners • Lot 2 – Hand tools • Lot 3 – Fluid power • Lot 4 – Bearings and transmissions • Lot 5 – Electrical and electronic consumables • Lot 6 – Site repairs and maintenance consumables • Lot 7 – Power tools • Lot 8 – HVAC consumables • Lot 9 – Security consumables Interested parties are invited to register for access to AWE's sourcing Portal using the following URL (if not already registered): https://ejkp.fa.em1.ukg.oraclecloud.com/fscmUI/faces/PrcPosRegisterSupplier?prcBuId=300000002381358 To access the full suite of tender documents interested parties must: • Complete and return Mutual Confidentiality Letter as attached to the Contracts Finder Notice (URL below) • Submit their registration on the Portal at the above URL • Email aweprocurement@awe.co.uk confirming the following: 1. Lot 1: Lot 1 – Tapes, fasteners and adhesives Lot 1 - Tapes, fasteners and adhesives Includes, but is not limited to the below descriptors: Adhesives, fasteners, tapes and accessories, sealants, bolts, nuts, screws & washers etc, clamps and knobs, activators & primers, epoxies, fillers & putties, sealants, plasterboard & wall fixings, tapes inc. cloth, double sided, duct, electrical, film, masking and waterproof abrasive material (sheet paper, discs etc), O-rings. Additional information: Further to Section II.1.5 above and due to the nature of AWE’s business, interested providers will be required to sign and return a Mutual Confidentiality Letter before accessing the procurement documents. To submit a Pre-Qualification submission, interested providers are also required to successfully register on the Portal at the URL in Section I.1. AWE intends to appoint 3 suppliers per lot. Lot 2: Lot 2 – Hand tools Lot 2 – Hand tools Includes, but not limited to the below descriptors: Bolt cutters, chisels, hammers, knives and blades, files and accessories, levels and line marking, nut drivers, picks, tweezers and precision, pipe tools, planes, pliers, riveters and setting tools, saws, hacksaw frames, screwdrivers, snips scissors and shears, spades and shovels, spanners, staplers and nailers, tape measures, tool kits and sets, torque wrenches and accessories Additional information: Further to Section II.1.5 above and due to the nature of AWE’s business, interested providers will be required to sign and return a Mutual Confidentiality Letter before accessing the procurement documents. Additional information: Further to Section II.1.5 above and due to the nature of AWE’s business, interested providers will be required to sign and return a Mutual Confidentiality Letter before accessing the procurement documents. Lot 7: Lot 7 - Power tools Lot 7 - Power tools Includes, but not limited to the below descriptors: Accessories, drills (inc combi, driver, hammer, impact), saws, screwdrivers, multi tools, air tools, batteries & chargers, burnishers, grinders, heat guns, impact drivers, impact wrenches, inspection cameras, jigsaws, polishers, riveters, sanders, saws, screwdrivers, shears, electrical mechanical test equipment (calibration equipment). Additional information: Further to Section II.1.5 above and due to the nature of AWE’s business, interested providers will be required to sign and return a Mutual Confidentiality Letter before accessing the procurement documents.
