Long-term Lease of New Vehicles

Description

The ESM intends to establish a Framework Agreement with one provider for provision of long-term lease of new vehicles. The estimated number of vehicles to be leased is 5 to 10 type berline/sedan cars and 1 minivan (subject to revision as the needs of the ESM may evolve). The cars to be leased shall be delivered in Luxemburg. The selected provider shall also ensure in particular: — maintenance and repairs to the vehicles, — replacement vehicle for the period during which the leased vehicle is not available to the ESM, — insurance (including but not limited to in respect of civil liability, fire, theft, glass breakage, material damage, legal aid), — fuel costs. The ESM intends to establish a Framework Agreement with a single provider for the provision of long-term lease of new vehicles. The technical tenders will be checked for their conformity to the set technical specifications. The tender will be awarded to the supplier who satisfies the minimum requirements set in the tender specifications and offering the lowest average monthly price.
