HHP require suitably qualified and experienced contractors to provide Design and Build (D&B) services for the refurbishment of the Carloway Care Unit. The contractor’s design and build proposal will include all alterations as per the Contract Sum Analysis to bring the property up to a habitable standard which must be compliant with the Scottish Housing Quality Standard (SHQS) and ready for immediate occupancy on completion. The property must converted to a 3 bedroom residential house, following the space standards, a minimum 5 person or achieve 6 person if spacing permits.
