Woodridings Court Modular Provider

Description

The Mayor and Burgesses of the London Borough of Haringey (the "Council") is inviting Tenders for the Provision of Project Integrator Services for RIBA Stages 3 - 7 at the former parking area at Woodridings Court, Crescent Road, Wood Green. Lot 1: The modular provider will be expected to work in close liaison with the Council, as well as any other Councils' appointed consultants and any other specialist advisors the Council appoints in relation to the deliver of the overall project for RIBA stages 4 - 7 and provide relevant information in a timely manner as required to the satisfaction of the Council. The objectives of the scheme are as follows: - To establish the best and most architecturally and financially appropriate development for the site. - Improve the public realm for the Residents of Woodridings Courts and to minimise the impact of the proposed development on these Residents. - Create an exemplar Scheme for sustainable development utilising all and any relevant and appropriate Modern Methods of Construction, specifically the Seismic platform system (or similar approved). - Work in partnership with the Client Team and other Consultants to garner support for the project.
