Description

An update to information on the local housing system within Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park, including a detailed assessment of the impacts of second homes and short term lets. Lot 1: The aim of this commission is to update work undertaken in 2022 and provide a more complete and spatially nuanced understanding of the housing system across the National Park. This includes not only the levels and spatial patterns of ineffective stock – such as short-term lets, second homes and empty homes – but also the distribution and availability of open market, private and social rented housing, alongside other key components of the housing system.
