North Lanarkshire Council (the "Council") propose to establish a Framework Agreement with a single supplier for the provision of sanitary products in accordance with the Period Products (Free Provision) (Scotland) Act 2021. Lot 1: This procurement is to secure a sole Contractor for the provision of sanitary products to establishments within the North Lanarkshire area e.g. Schools and Community Facilities. . Duration: The maximum term of the Framework is 4 years; initial 1 year with the options to extend in years 2, 3 and 4. . Framework Value: The maximum framework value is 450,000.00 GBP (excluding VAT). .
