Description
The Office of the Ombudsman is seeking tenders for the provision of cloud migration, modernisation, development and ongoing support services to support the Office’s goal of migrating its existing on-premises Dynamics CRM case management and on-premises Sharepoint document management systems to a new cloud-hosted ecosystem built on its MS Azure tenancy. The detailed requirements are set out in Appendix 1 of the RFT document.
