Sandefjord Municipality will establish a 4-year framework agreement for site gardening services and accompanying material. Sandefjord Municipality will establish a 4-year framework agreement for site gardening services and accompanying material. Start-up approx. 1 July 2020. The annual value is estimated to be approx. NOK 1.5 — 3.0 million excluding VAT. The annual procurement volume will depend on activities, political decisions, the budget situation and other framework factors, thus it cannot be guaranteed in any way. The accompanying material is an option that the municipality can choose to use. The municipality will decide in each assignment whether or not material is to be delivered with the site gardening services. The aim of the contract is to meet the municipality's need for the procurement of site gardening services. The delivery includes different types of assignments within new sites, repairs and restorations of all types of outdoor installations, in accordance with the requirements set in this document and annexes. Major procurements (value above NOK 500 000) can be kept outside this contract if the contracting authority wants to do this. The contract suppliers will be invited to participate in such contests.
