Advisory Support to PAS Team Under MEF PASSA 2

Description

The objective of the assignment is to provide advisory support, in the fields of project implementation under the large infrastructure operational programme (LIOP), but also capacity building for the managing authority (MA) and beneficiaries. The present assignment is part of the PASSA 2 with Ministry of European Funds (MEF) and will contribute to the achievement of PASSA's objectives.
