Description

DCU is seeking to purchase a benchtop analyser to measure metabolic activity of both adherent and suspension cells. The system must allow us to simultaneously measure oxygen consumption and proton efflux in live cells. The system must be designed to enable us to perform kinetic measurements on cells over a time course, which will not result in the destruction of the cells during the experiment.
