Transport for Members of the European Parliament in Strasbourg using limousines and minibuses

Description

The European Parliament has decided to launch an invitation to tender to provide back-up transport for a certain number of peak-time hours for transporting members of the European Parliament during their term of office by means of limousines and minibuses with driver, for journeys between the European Parliament buildings in Strasbourg and the airport or railway stations serving the city (Offenburg station included) and vice versa, and in the city of Strasbourg and surrounding area within a radius of 20 km during parliamentary sessions, or for other possible events organised by the European Parliament in the city. Rental of vehicles with driver, during predefined time bands, for transport in Strasbourg and surrounding area (airport, Offenburg station), within the framework of the parliamentary activities in Strasbourg. The indicative volume is 720 hours per week, employing 40 vehicles, for 12 weeks per year.
