Description
The aim of this procurement is to put in place a contract which covers all Cleaning, fumigation, needle sweeps & fluid removal works for the period stated. The tender covers works for Repairs & Maintenance (Responsive Repairs) and Planned Works. Please see section E5 for details on how tenderers are evaluated. Period of contract: 12 Month Contract + (+3nr 12 Month extension): Contract Commencing 1st April 2024 Award criteria - 40% price, 40% quality, 20% social value.
