Description
• Medway Council is seeking a contractor to perform a demolition at the Deangate Greenkeepers yard. This will involve the demolition of the existing structure located in the compound and the rehousing of water and electrical utilities on site. This site contains asbestos and will need to be removed from site and disposed of safely and in a regulated manner. Site visits may be requested from either stacey.mcgregor@medway.gov.uk or joseph.mccarthy@medway.gov.uk • Estimated budget £80,000 • Timescales of work to completion: 31st October - 31st January • Anticipated Tender publication date: 01st October • Tender closing date for bids: 29th October
