1.1 St George's Hospital are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified organisation to conduct a comprehensive audit of community sites it occupies. The audit will focus on: • Landlord compliance and responsibilities, including statutory checks, maintenance obligations and certificates. • Sustainability and carbon footprint data, including heating systems, metering capability and EPC/DEC status. The audit outputs will provide a clear position statement on compliance, identify gaps, and support future estates and sustainability planning - must adhere to PAM guidance at all times (i.e. have all the relevant documents available throughout the year).
