Description

Border to Coast has taken the decision not to proceed with this procurement because the Bids received either did not meet the technical requirements of the procurement, or they did not represent value for money. A revised procurement strategy will be developed by Border to Coast and, where appropriate, a further procurement published in the future. Lot 1: An online performance database used for peer benchmarking and returns-based analysis during external investment manager selections and on an ongoing basis. The contract will be for an initial period of 3 years. There will be an option to extend by 2 additional terms of one year (3+1+1).
