Painting and Ancillary Roofline Works (6 Year Programme) - AWARD

Description

Raven Housing Trust is seeking a Supply Partner for exterior painting and ancillary roofline works and interior painting of communal areas, to be undertaken over a 6 year period starting April 2020. The project is to redecorate all the previously painted surfaces to the external parts of the building and any communal areas to flats in occupied properties . This project also includes the cleaning / washing down to all the existing upvc windows, fascias, bargeboards and shiplap boarding and also carrying out minor decorative pre painting repairs. The existing guttering and downpipes are also included and will be cleared of debris and any blockages cleared. Where any guttering and roofline is to be replaced it will be clearly indicated in the tender documents and will be replaced with UPVC materials as per the specification details.
