Midlothian Council seeks to appoint a sole supplier for the provision of early learning & childcare training. Lot 1: This tender is for a sole supplier for the Provision of Early Learning & Childcare and Childcare Training. The number of courses will be based on the estimate of Midlothian Council's requirements and are indicative only. The actual frequency of the courses will depend on the student numbers. Midlothian Council are offering training that will enable staff working in Early Learning & Childcare and Childcare settings to gain the relevant qualifications as required for registration with the regulatory body the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) and meet the requirements of the Care Inspectorate. The proposed courses required: - SVQ 2 Social Services Children & Young People - SVQ 3 Playwork - SVQ 4 Playwork - HNC Childhood Practice - PDA Level 8 Childhood Practice - PDA Level 9 Childhood Practice
