Lift Maintenance - AWARD

Description

City of Sunderland College, trading as Education Partnership North East, herein referred to as "The College" wish to establish a contract for the provision of Lift Maintenance. The college is seeking a sole provider to meet the requirements and would like to give the opportunity to tender for two Options: Option 1 - Fully Managed provision Include (but not limited to) scheduled servicing and planned preventative maintenance as well as call outs, parts and labour for reactive maintenance. Option 2 - Servicing Only provision Include (but not limited to) scheduled servicing and planned preventative maintenance. An additional rate card to be provided to include (but not limited to) call outs, parts and labour for reactive maintenance.
