Description

The purpose of the assignment is to provide advisory services and overall project management support to the National Agency for Public Procurement (ANAP) in performing the ex-ante controls more efficiently and effectively, as well as in setting up Centralised Procurement Bodies (CPBs) at local level. This assignment is divided into 6 lots: Lot 1: Support to the Overall Project Management; Lot 2: Support in Public Procurement Control for Construction Works; Lot 3: Support in Public Procurement Control for Intellectual Services; Lot 4: Support in Public Procurement Control for IT&C Equipment and/or Software; Lot 5: Support in Establishing Local Centralised Procurement Bodies (CPBs); Lot 6: Project Management Assistance to the EIB PAS Team.
