Provision of a Service to Provide Foster Care/Connected Persons Reviews

Description

You are invited to tender for the provision of Foster Care / Connected persons reviews for Social Services. The Service will be provided in such a way that will help foster carers, connected person/s and children meet their individual outcomes based on a person-centered approach and according to assessed need. This service will cover all Caerphilly Foster Carers and Connected Person/s providing foster placements. The Service aims to ensure that foster care and connected person/s reviews are undertaken in a consistent and timely way and in accordance with relevant legislation. The reviews will be undertaken as requested by the Commissioner, Caerphilly County Borough Council Social Services Department. Full Details are in the initiation to tender (ITT)
