Description

The City of London Corporation (the City) invites Tenders for the provision of Strategic Review of the Target Operating Model for the Lord Mayor’s Show. The City invites suitably qualified consultants to submit proposals to undertake a strategic review of the target operating model for the Lord Mayor’s Show (LMS). The review will assess the optimal governance and delivery structure, considering whether the LMS should be managed in-house within CoLC or embedded within Lord Mayor’s Show Limited (LMS Ltd). The primary output of this engagement will be an Options Appraisal Report, including a recommended option based on key evaluation criteria such as financial sustainability, operational effectiveness, governance, and strategic alignment with CoLC objectives. The duration of the contract is 3 months.
