Fochabers Estate - Total Cost Management

Crown Estate Scotland is seeking to appoint a contractor (including joint or consortia bids) to undertake survey work (field work) that will culminate in a Microsoft Office Excel Whole Life Cost model that projects the Whole Life Cost estimates for maintaining, renewing and decarbonizing the land and property assets under management. This follows on from the first phase of this programme which was carried out in the Glenlivet estate (plus Auchindoun area) and resulted in an excel based 25-year total cost model. Outputs from this next phase must be compatible with the phase 1 output. The aim of the overall project is to develop an approach and methodology that will help Crown Estate Scotland acquire a more comprehensive understanding of the longer-term costs and liabilities associated with these Estates, which will in turn support strategic resource planning, and justify future expenditure as well as a strategic approach to capital investment planning.
