Clinical Supervision for Domestic Abuse Service

Description

The Cambridgeshire Independent Domestic Abuse Advisory Service (IDVA) requires a suitably qualified person(s) or organisation to provide clinical supervision to its staff. The IDVA service support high risk victims of domestic abuse at point of crisis. The service requires clinical supervision as outlined below, with options of different supervisors for managers and staff, and options to increase or decrease number of sessions required up to a maximum agreed amount/cost. The service should provide: Monthly sessions of up to 60 minutes per session for staff who require it, either face to face or online to suit the staff member At least one day a month where face to face monthly sessions can be offered. More frequent meetings for staff in current crisis or needing more intensive short-term support Bi-monthly face to face peer supervision sessions structured around the needs of staff attending.
