Description

• Decommissioning, stripping out and removal from site of the existing heating centre (boiler, pumps, controls, plant room pipework, etc.) in the existing boilerhouse. • Decommissioning, stripping out and removal from site of the existing oil supply in the existing boilerhouse. • Decommissioning, stripping out and removal from site of the existing external oil pipework and existing oil tank for the building. • Supply and installation of new heating centre (gas boiler, gas pipework, pumps, controls, plant room pipework, etc.) in the boilerhouse. • Supply and installation of new radiators, radiator circuits and all associated pipework for the new heating services supply throughout the existing building. • Supply and installation of new upgraded central control system to control new heating installation and zoning, complete with various field devices. • Supply and installation of a new LPG gas supply to the boilerhouse to serve the new heating centre. • All external trenching for the new LPG gas supply from the tank to the boilerhouse. • All associated electrical works for the project. • All builders’ works associated with the above.
