Strand municipality, henceforth referred to as the contracting authority, wants to enter into a 2-year framework agreement with option for 1 + 1 extension for an agreement for service and maintenance of locks and fittings. The annual value of the service agreement is approx. NOK 250 000, excluding VAT. The project New Fjelltun school is included in the agreement. The expected value is NOK 1.5 million. The total estimated agreement value including the New Fjelltun school is NOK 2.5 million. The estimated values are mainly based on historical figures from the four last years. The amounts do not carry any obligations for the contracting authority or rights for the tenderer. The estimate above is not an expression of the actual purchasing obligation. The contracting authority is not limited to the estimated volume, if the needs during the period of the framework agreement change.
