Description

Delivery of complete kitchen and cloakroom fixtures in accordance with the contracting authority's specifications. Delivery of kitchen and cloakroom fixtures for the municipality's houses, schools, institutions, and nurseries, in connection with maintenance and upgrade work. See the separate annex for the contest; Quality Requirements. The contracting authority intends to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer. Trade suppliers that have a contract with Hamar Municipality will be able to use this contract under this tender contest for kitchen and cloakroom fixtures in order to carry out an awarded assignment for Hamar Municipality. Tenderers will therefore have to cooperate with trade suppliers for contracts on the delivery and assembly of the contracting authority's ordered fixtures. For projects with an estimated cost of more than NOK 100 000, Hamar Municipality reserves the right to negotiate with other suppliers. It will mainly be the contracting authority that orders specified fixtures under contracts signed in accordance with this tender contest. The complete delivery will include the delivery of the ordered kitchen fixtures, including all necessary equipment and materials, in accordance with specified room descriptions/drawings and measurements. There will be a need where the kitchen supplier delivers ready assembly, however it will mainly be the municipality's own workers that do the assembly work. For each order (call-off), the tenderer must, after a site inspection, prepare drawings and measurements and submit their price in accordance with the contract. The tenderer will always be responsible for their measurements. The kitchen fixtures must be delivered without white goods unless otherwise agreed. Advice and consultancy services are an important part of the contract. The necessary site inspections with measurements and the preparation of proposals with drawings in electronic format, descriptions, and prices must be included in the contract, and carried out without extra costs by the kitchen supplier that is awarded the contract. The proposal must be sent to Hamar Municipality, c/o the person who placed the order, for approval with any adjustments and adaptations. The tenderer will be expected to prioritise the municipality as a customer and provide consultancy services at short notice (maximum 4 working days after an enquiry).
