Production and Mailing of Revenue Forms

Description

Revenue requires proposals for the Annual Production and Mailing of Revenue Forms in a single contract. The forms involved are the Form 11, the Form 11S and the Form 54 Claims. Revenue requires each form, non-stock and stock (where applicable), to be personalised. Each personalised form is normally accompanied by help sheets and/or information flyers and /or Letter Insert and/or Return Stamp Address Envelope as Revenue determines necessary.
