1467 - ARCHITECTURAL AND STRUCTURAL CONSULTANT'S PROFESSIONAL SERVICES for Deeside Police Station New Build

North Wales seek to source the professional services of a qualified architect to work with the project manager for the Deeside Police Station new build. North Wales Police wish to build a Police Station on the existing site at Wepre Drive, Connah's Quay, Deeside, Flintshire. Capital Project at Deeside consisting of providing a temp Police Station, demolition of existing Police Station and construction of a new Police Station and associated external works. This will be a design and build process for the construction and a separate tender process will take once planning is approved, we will then novate the architect over to the awarded construction contractor. All personnel who will be involved in the works will have to be security vetted through Warwickshire National Vetting Services. The contract commencement date is to be advised later and will, once awarded, run for a minimum period of one year and until the build is completed.
