Haugesund municipality intends to enter into a framework agreement for the hire of construction machines and equipment with crews. Lot 1: Haugesund municipality shall enter into a framework agreement for the hire of construction machines and equipment with crews. We want to hire a machine with driver, a lorry with driver, as well as assistant and professional personnel. The agreement may include the following: individual assignments of shorter duration, in relation to the municipality's need for such services in ongoing operations. The contractor must also have the capacity to carry out larger projects for the municipality. The contractor must also be able to undertake basic engineering design assignments in connection with a job. The contractor must also be able to perform quantity/mass calculation of volumes being moved. The contractor shall carry out surveying of the work executed in accordance with our surveying instruction. The contractor must have an available disposal site for poor masses. The contracting authority is Haugesund kommune, Teknisk Enhet. Assignments included in this agreement may in exceptional cases also be ordered from other enterprises in the municipality.
