GPA Ashford Fit Out Design and Build Contract

Description

GPA to award a two part contract to undertake construction 1. Professional Services Consultancy and subsequent works contract. GPA are to provide access to their design and build contract and contractors, GPA will instruct a Task Order and Payment to their contractors to undertake the design and build. The GPA PSCA will undertake design and the necessary surveys for the refurbishment works of the HPO's Ashford offices (Lower ground and first floor Kent House facility). The refurbishment is to facilitate the movement of operations from the Civic Centre nearby which will no longer be available for use at the end of November 2024. GPA have supported with advice and the provision of use of their Contract for the necessary Design and Build works.
