West Lothian Council is tendering current local bus services. The framework is divided into Lots, each Lot represents a service. Potential bidders may bid for one or more Lots, there are no restrictions on the number of Lots you may bid on. Framework duration of 4 years. The Authority will be able to award contracts up to 5 years in length. The Authority is committed to maximising Community Benefits from its procurement activities. Under this procurement, the contractor, and its supply chain, will be required to support the authority's economic and social regeneration objectives. Accordingly, contract performance conditions may relate in particular to social, economic and environmental considerations.
