Description

Lot 1 – Graphic Design Support Pobal seeks to establish a Framework Agreement relating to graphic design support from a design partner / agency for the duration of the contract. This includes but is not limited to Pobal branded resources and materials including: - Design and layout of leaflets, posters, promotional banners / pop-up stands. - Design of digital and hardcopy publications and reports. - Design of infographics and social media assets. In addition, we also require graphic design support to assist with the promotion and communications of the range of programmes and schemes we administer on behalf of the Government, EU and other agencies. This includes but is not limited to resources and materials including: - Design of leaflets, posters, promotional banners / pop-up stands. - Design of digital and hardcopy publications and reports. - Design of infographics and social media assets. - Event / programme branding (signage, PowerPoint presentations, props). - Ezine and newsletter templates. Lot 2 – Brand and Identity Development Pobal seeks to establish a Framework Agreement relating to brand and identity development from a graphic design partner / agency for the duration of the contract. This includes the potential to develop new logos / identities and brand guidelines and a suite of resources for use across digital platforms and print publications. There may also be a requirement to enhance or update existing brand identities. This includes but is not limited to the development of visual solutions, resources and materials including: - Design, development, copywriting and production of creative concepts, content and advertising materials; - Brand identity design and development; including consultation with relevant stakeholders and target audiences which may include the hosting of in-person or online focus groups. - Pre-testing of creative concepts and proposed communications solutions, where required; - Development of detailed brand and identity guidelines for future use.
