Description
The main objective of this contract is testing EMSA dispersant stockpiles that have reached the 5-year mark to ensure their validity for future use. The contractor shall carry out both physical/chemical (density/viscosity, evaporation or water contamination) and effectiveness tests to ensure the dispersants are still able to disperse oil. The open procedure has been chosen as to open the market towards more competition.
