10833 Multi-site Cold Water Storage Tank Upgrades

Description

It has been identified that some of the SPS Cold Water Storage Tanks at various establishments require to be upgraded. This will include any changes required to make all identified tanks Category 5 protected. The works will require the contractor to bring in line all identified current tanks and make all necessary changes to tanks and associated pipework and fittings. The establishments which require water tank upgrades are HMP Greenock, HMP Perth & HMP Dumfries. The SPS issued an Invitation to Tender (ITT) made available to bidders on Public Contract Scotland – Tender (PCS-T). Tender responses were then evaluated by the SPS in accordance with the ITT.
