UKHSA_Scientific- Provision of Whole Body and Extremity Dosemeters

Description

UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) wishes to establish a contract for the provision of Dosemeters and consumables for the Personal Dosimetry Service (PDS). The requirement has been categorised into 3 groups/Lots as follows. Lot 1 - Whole Body Thermoluminescence Dosemeter (TLD) and Associated Consumables Lot 2 - DXTRad Circular Extremity Dosemeters, Rings and Associated Consumables Lot 3 - EXTRad Extremity Dosemeters for Headband and Finger Stalls The dosemeters must be compatible with the Harshaw TLD™ Model 8800. The PDS is seeking to award contracts to a maximum of three (3) Suppliers and invites potential Suppliers to review the Service specification and submit bids for one or more Lots. Details of the requirements are set out in the technical section and specification documents. The supplier(s) should be able to supply and deliver goods to UKHSA Personal Dosimetry Service at Chilton within 14 weeks from order. The initial term of the contract will be three (3) years with an option to extend for a further two (years) subject to performance and budgetary availability unless terminated under the terms and conditions of contract.
