The University is procuring a venue for Graduations which must be able to seat 1200 in a single sitting with space for people gathering for the next ceremony. The average attendance will be 900 per ceremony. Lot 1: The University of Plymouth is requiring a Plymouth city centre venue for graduation ceremonies: 1. w/c 8th July 2024 (Mon-Fri) 2. w/c 18th Nov 2024 (Mon-Thurs) 3. w/c 14th July 2025 (Mon-Fri) The venue must be of very high quality and large enough to accommodate 1200 people in a single sitting, also (simultaneously) gathering space for next audience. The venue must be able to assist with set design and technical support, also provide a drinks reception based on 3 ceremonies per day, with on average 900 attendees at each ceremony. Theatre Royal Plymouth is deemed the only the venue meeting this criteria.
