Bord Bia requests tenders from suitably experienced and qualified service providers to provide support to food drink and horticulture producers looking to optimise their commercial success through successful negotiations with their customers. Bord Bia’s Industry Capability Services support clients to develop and improve their marketing and commercial skills enabling their continued success and growth. Our service offer includes the area of Key Customer Management (KCM) around which Bord Bia has developed a framework and guidebook showcasing best practice in customer management. We are seeking to appoint a partner (one only) in the delivery of this training to Bord Bia clients.
