Holmen roads, water and sewage

Description

The procurement concerns the establishment of municipal roads and water and sewage at Holmen in Drammen. (See the tender documentation for details.) Lot 1: Drammen Municipality, c/o the Agency for Development and Infrastructure, would like to execute this project as a partnering contract. The aim of the contract form is to establish closer cooperation between the builder and contractor in the early phase, and together find impetus that ensures continued cooperation throughout the construction phase. Project development phase/partnering phase 1 The parties will prepare the construction project together in the project development phase. This will be based on the attached engineering design services for roads and water and sewage that were carried out in previous phases, and the parties must together develop the project up to such a detailed level that the parties can commit themselves to an agreed target price. Execution phase/partnering phase 2 The execution of the project is planned to be similar to a turnkey contract, but with the remuneration mechanism being based on ongoing calculations as a starting point. The partnering contractor's project consist, including mark-up, will be settled according to the agreed target price/GMP.
