Stirling Council have submitted a Business Justification Case for the approval under the City Region Deal for the development of the City Park Events Field, a sustainable outdoor events space. We now need to engage a consultant to develop a detailed design package to support the planning application as well the delivery of infrastructure improvements to the field.
