Contract Description: Schedule of Rates for Suspended Ceiling replacements to Gateshead’s Schools and public buildings and High Rise blocks Communal areas. Period of contract: 23 month Contract with two optional 12 month extensions Commencing 1st May 2024 – 31st March 2026. Award Criteria: 40% Price, 40% Quality & 20% Social Value Tender return date: Before 12 noon on : Tuesday 02nd April 2024 12noon Submissions including upload of all documentation must be COMPLETED BEFORE 12.00 NOON.
