Supply of 24/7 Controller Chairs

Description

Network Rail is seeking market input ahead of a future procurement to appoint a single national supplier for 24/7 ergonomic controller chairs for safety‑critical roles. The supplier will provide a managed core range (max 4 models, incl. MSD and bariatric option) plus nationwide delivery, installation, maintenance/repairs, and end‑of‑life reuse/recycling, with catalogue ordering via Oracle iProcurement. Chairs must be 24/7 rated, meet BS 5459‑2 (or ISO equivalent) and FIRA FS 055 (or equivalent), fit a broad user range, include a minimum 5‑year 24/7 warranty, and be available for trial samples; suppliers must also evidence ethical sourcing and strong environmental/circular economy practices.
